I’d like to offer a “gentle yoga” class at our home on Fairfield Pond. We will not be bending into pretzels, or even attempting to! We will not be doing head stands or back bends. What we will do is gently increase our flexibility in our ankles, hips, shoulders and hands. We’ll work on balance and breathing.
Yoga is not about pushing your body to pain. It’s about opening your mind, body & spirit to awaken your senses to a healthier you!
There is no fee for this class, but donations are welcome.
